✔ Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

✔ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

  • We do not refund the original shipping cost from your initial order.

✔ Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days. Please contact us through the email listed on our “Contact” page.

  • Exchanges depend on inventory availability.

✔ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will fix it immediately.
