✔ Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✔ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
We do not refund the original shipping cost from your initial order.
✔ Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days. Please contact us through the email listed on our “Contact” page.
Exchanges depend on inventory availability.
✔ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will fix it immediately.
